Supporters descending on Munich for the final are urged to finalise travel plans early, as airport arrivals are projected to exceed Octoberfest peaks. UEFA recommends flying into the city between Wednesday and Friday to avoid congestion on match day, with S Bahn services operating enhanced frequencies from the airport to central station.

Ticket holders must register for wristband collection in either Marienplatz or the Olympic Park fan zone, presenting both identification and the payment card used in the original purchase. Distribution booths open from 08 00 to 20 00 on 30 and 31 May, and access to stadium turnstiles will be refused without the wristband even if a digital ticket is valid.

Private coaches require permits obtained through the Munich city portal. Vehicles without permits will be redirected to Park and Ride hubs at Garching Hochbrück or Olympiazentrum where passengers can transfer to metro line U6, the route that stops directly outside the Allianz Arena at Fröttmaning.

Local hotels are near full occupancy, prompting authorities to promote suburban towns such as Freising, Erding and Dachau where S Bahn trains run through the night at thirty minute intervals. These locations offer rooms at half the city centre price and free shuttle buses to fan zones on match day.

Finally, police advise fans to avoid carrying large bags. Stadium lockers are limited and items exceeding A4 size will be denied entry, in line with UEFA security policy. Small clear plastic bags are permitted and street vendors near key transport nodes will sell approved versions alongside commemorative scarves and programmes.
